CGS Development Fund

Our core funding is dedicated to the highest quality teaching and learning, recognised in our March 2025 outstanding Ofsted report. With rising costs and reduced government funding, voluntary donations from parents and alumni make a huge difference, enabling us to create new opportunities and develop the best possible environment for students.

We are now on a mission to transform eleven outdated science laboratories into state-of-the-art facilities that ignite imagination and empower discovery.

Science teaches resilience, creativity, and critical thinking with real world problems—essential skills for the future. Five labs have already been fully rebuilt from floor to ceiling and your gift will help us finish this project, creating modern, fully equipped labs and preparing students for the challenges and careers of tomorrow.

Many donors choose to give to the CGS Development Fund on a regular monthly basis which allows us to plan long term as well as for smaller initiatives. All voluntary donations make a difference for our students, no matter the size.
