Table Tennis Centre

Cgsttc junior cover

The aim of our friendly and welcoming table tennis venue is to become a centre of excellence for all ages and abilities.  Our weekly sessions provide a great opportunity to meet new people and get pointers from our professional coaches.  You don't have to attend CGS or have a child at CGS to join us.

We offer several sessions every Monday, for students from Y7-Y13, except for school holidays, managed and run by our Table Tennis England qualified coaches Jon and Mariusz.  We can only take 18 students in each session on our 9 tables.  Sessions are very popular and so there may be a waiting list in operation.  Please complete the registration form - https://forms.gle/5KwFP2pNKAf58fCSA

Mondays:

  • 1555 to 1720 - CGS students only coaching
  • 1730 to 1855 - Junior coaching for students from any school
  • 1900 to 2025 - Junior coaching for students from any school

We also run a drop-in session on a Friday evening.  This is open to all ages and abilities and is a great opportunity to play with your family, meet new friends, get some tips and have fun!  Young or Old, beginner or advanced, not played for years – everyone is welcome.

Fridays:

  • 7pm to 9.45pm - all ages and abilities practice drop-in sessions

We charge a minimal fee of £5 per session to cover our venue costs only.  You do not have to attend CGS or have a son/daughter at CGS to join us.  Under 18s will need to be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
