Before 9am please, state clearly the reason for absence or appointments (medical and illness etc) with Name, Tutor Group and Year Group.  In the event of illness, please contact the school every morning.  Please also note that all students must be met at school by parents for appointments during the day.

Leave of absence should be completed for all other absences, interviews, exams, holidays and family events.

Attendance Officer:

Signing Out

It is best, where possible, to make medical appointments outside of school hours.  If you need to leave school during the day for any reason, then please ensure your son/daughter brings a note in advance of the date, and gives it to the Attendance Officer.  Students must sign out with either the Attendance Officer or at Matron’s office.  If your son/daughter returns to school later on the same day then they must sign in again.

School Office

You can visit or contact the school office between 08.00 and 16.00 (Monday to Friday).  The office is manned throughout the school holidays with the exception of the week between Christmas and New Year.

All queries should be addressed to Karen McKenzie at the email address below in the first instance.
