Work shadowing: Parents of Year 8 students are encouraged to participate in a “take your child to work day.”

Work experience: Year 11 students are encouraged to undertake work experience after GCSE exams. Work experience is also an integral part of the Sixth Form programme in Year 12 or Year 13.

 

Year 11 and Year 12 Work experience form:

We strongly encourage all students to undertake work experience after their GCSE examinations and during Year 12. This is a parent arranged work experience, where students and parents take responsibility for organising the placement and responsibility for the duty of care of the student whilst on placement. Please refer to the letters below for further information.
