On Saturday 5^th March, 13 students from Year 9 excitedly set off for High Wycombe Magistrates Court to compete in the first live Magistrates Mock Court Trial Competition in two years. CGS Prosecution was against John Colet school's Defence team for Round 1. Round 2 was CGS Defence versus the Prosecution from Waddesdon Church of England School. Chesham Grammar School showed great skill and confidence in both rounds of competition and went on to win the High Wycombe heat, with our Defence lawyers Alice Peckham and Dana Adesina winning individual awards for Best Defence.
