Leave of Absence Application to Headteacher

A Leave of Absence Application to the Headteacher (below) should be completed, in advance, for absence for interviews, holidays and family events, etc.

For on the day absence (illness) or advance notice of appointments (medical or dental, ABRSM or LAMDA exams, etc), please follow our Student Absence procedure and notify the school via MCAS.
