Admissions - virtual open event

An introduction to Chesham Grammar School

I am delighted to welcome you to Chesham Grammar School's virtual open event.

We would love to be able to welcome you in person but know that this is not possible at present due to the global pandemic.  In order to give you a flavour of CGS and an insight into the life of our students, we have put together some key information and some short films.  You will hear from me as well as from our Head Boy, Alexander and Head Girl, Jessica, some Year 8 students and some of our staff.

Our students experience a richness of opportunity here and the information about our broad and balanced curriculum will give you a clear picture of what your son or daughter will learn should he or she join us next September.  There is also information about the wide range of extra-curricular opportunities on offer throughout the school. All of this adds up to an exceptional all-round experience for our students.

Finally, I know that prospective parents and students always have lots of questions and I believe that it is important that you have the option to ask these, despite being unable to visit in person.  If you’d like to ask us a question about anything at all to do with your child's admission to CGS, you can do so via the on-line form at the bottom of this page and one of us will get back to you.

We look forward to hearing from you and hope that you enjoy exploring what Chesham Grammar School can offer your son or daughter.
