Click here to view the Spring Fair Brochure

This is a really fantastic day where the whole school community is able to come together an enjoy supporting CGS.  We hope that there is 'something for everyone' - craft stalls, food and drink, games, entertainment, auctions and raffles - we aim to ensure that all can play their part.

How to buy

Tickets are now available to buy via Parent Pay. If you choose to buy on Parent Pay you will automatically have numbers allocated to you, so please do not keep the paper tickets. Just return the paper tickets unused so we can try and sell them at the Fair. If you wish to know your ticket numbers, please email focgsraffle@gmail.com  or come along to the raffle stall on the day of the Fair and we will let you know your numbers.

How to buy or sell paper tickets

If you would like to pay by cheque please make cheques payable to Chesham Grammar School PTA. Please place the completed ticket stubs, cash, cheques and any unsold tickets into the envelope provided, and complete the boxes on the front of the envelope.

Please return to school by either:

Handing in to form tutors or
Handing in to FOCGS reps, who will be based outside school from 8.15-8.45 most monrings until Friday 3rd May

Prizes

We have some great prizes this year, and there will be lots more prizes on the day.

  •        1st Prize = Nintendo Switch Family Gaming Console
  •        2nd Prize = Apple Wireless Air Buds
  •        3rd Prize = Fitbit Versa Lite Smartwatch
  •        4th Prize = Ring Video Doorbell
  •        Plus lots more prizes to be added on the day.

All of the prizes above can be exchanged for the equivalent value in John Lewis vouchers.

Pizza and Doughnuts!

To encourage the raffle ticket sales we are continuing with the student incentives that have been so popular in prior years. Every tutor group selling more than £200 in tickets will have Donuts delivered during tutor time in the week after the school fair.

The tutor group that sells the most tickets will have Pizzas and a selection of Krispy Kreme doughnuts delivered to them during tutor time. To ensure this is a team effort over 50% of the tutor group will need to have sold tickets to be eligible for the tutor group competition.  Any tickets sold and payment returned by midday Friday 3rd May will be included in the student competition.

If students would like more tickets to sell please email   focgsraffle@gmail.com  or come to the collection point one morning.

To be fair to each student we have given every student the same number of tickets. We know there are several families with more than one child at CGS and understand they might not be able selling or buying all their tickets. Please just return any unsold tickets so we might be able to sell them on the day of the fair.
